Shipping and Returns

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards is important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
The Standard Delivery Charge is $7 for each transaction. Standard delivery includes courier tracked delivery anywhere in New Zealand - including Rural Delivery. Orders are dispatched after your payment has been confirmed.
We ship to Australia with a starting rate of $15 and are happy to deliver anywhere else outside of New Zealand. Please contact us at email@example.com to discuss international delivery and payment options.
You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order with the items you have purchased. Once your item/s have been dispatched you will receive another email confirming your order is on its way to you.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or refund on sale items.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the NEW unused items to us within 14 days. Please note that they must be in original, unused, unwashed condition with tags and packaging intact. Items must be returned with a copy of your receipt. We can then organize a replacement or a refund. If we do send you out a replacement or different size, there is no additional delivery charges.
